Powered by the Golf O’Clock SaaS Platform, Enhanced by Murphy Golf
The full Golf O’Clock booking and membership platform, plus a layer of exclusive Murphy Golf enhancements built specifically for facilities running our retractable and S-Series systems.
Tier One — The Foundation
Every Clubhouse facility runs on Golf O’Clock’s proven booking and management SaaS — online booking, bay access, memberships, and payments, trusted by 200+ venues.
Guests book, pay, and receive an auto-generated access code with zero staff involvement.
Recurring memberships, block-booking passes, and full league scheduling and standings.
Teaching professionals get their own calendar for lesson bookings, integrated into the facility’s tee sheet.
Peak, off-peak, member, package, and promo rates resolved automatically at checkout.
Stripe- and Square-powered checkout running through your own merchant account.
Bay utilization, revenue trends, and booking pattern reports, exportable for your own bookkeeping.
Tier Two — The Clubhouse Advantage
Available only to facilities running Murphy Golf commercial hardware — layered directly on top of Golf O’Clock to protect your equipment investment and drive incremental revenue.
— Grow Revenue, Not Just Save on Fees
Illustrative estimate assuming a booking value of $50, an additional $35 in food & beverage purchases processed separately, and roughly half of guests adding an F&B purchase. Actual lift varies by facility and menu.
The Clubhouse monitors and controls your BenQ commercial projectors directly, automatically shifting them to standby whenever a bay sits idle — extending lamp and panel life well beyond typical usage patterns.
A revenue-focused view built on top of your booking, payment, and equipment data — surfacing where your facility is under-booked, which members are due for renewal, and which promotions are actually driving revenue.
Available as a monthly upgrade to any Clubhouse facility. Contact us for upgrade pricing.
— Coming Soon to the Marketing Dashboard Upgrade
Every guest sees your bay screen before their session starts and again the moment it ends — two high-attention moments most facilities never monetize.
The Clubhouse will turn both into sellable ad inventory for local businesses, with real impression counts pulled directly from your booking data to back up the sponsorship pitch.
With flat-rate pricing, a lower-cost card can attract the same processing rate as a more expensive one. With The Clubhouse, your processing costs reflect the cards your guests actually use, so lower-cost cards can mean lower processing costs for your facility.
Illustrative Online Booking Scenario
A bay generating $100,000 in annual online bookings across 2,000 transactions would incur $3,500 in processing expense under a 2.9% + $0.30 flat-rate benchmark.
With The Clubhouse, you pay the card network’s actual cost plus a transparent markup and a lower per-transaction fee. This illustration assumes half of booking volume is paid with introductory cards and half with premium or rewards cards, at top-tier Clubhouse pricing of 0.65% plus $0.17 per transaction, using network rates effective October 24, 2026.
Repeat guests can save more. When returning guests pay through our secured checkout features, introductory cards can qualify for even lower network rates. Both scenarios are shown.
| Per bay, per year | Flat Rate | Clubhouse | Clubhouse + Secured Checkout |
|---|---|---|---|
| Percentage-based cost | $2,900 | $2,542.50 | $2,487.50 |
| Per-transaction fees | $600 | $340 | $340 |
| Total processing cost | $3,500 | $2,882.50 | $2,827.50 |
| Saved on card-based pricing | — | $357.50 | $412.50 |
| Saved on per-transaction fees | — | $260 | $260 |
| Estimated annual savings | — | $617.50 | $672.50 |
Illustrative scenario, not a rate quote or guaranteed saving. Assumes half of volume on introductory cards and half on premium or rewards cards, with introductory-card volume split evenly between Visa and Mastercard. The secured checkout column assumes every introductory-card booking qualifies; actual savings grow with your share of repeat guests. Excludes debit and recurring-payment programs, food and beverage transactions, and monthly, gateway, assessment and other fees. Actual savings vary by card mix, program eligibility and contracted pricing. See the Visa Canada schedule and Mastercard Canada schedule.
Introductory-card network rates used (domestic consumer credit, card-not-present, small merchant, effective October 24, 2026 for Visa and August 1, 2026 for Mastercard): Clubhouse column, Visa Classic, Gold and Platinum Small Merchant Card Not Present at 1.20% and Mastercard Core Small Business Digital Commerce at 1.57%, averaging 1.385%. Secured checkout column, Visa Small Merchant Card Not Present – Tokenized at 1.15% and Mastercard Core Small Business SecureCode / 3DS at 1.40%, averaging 1.275%. Premium and rewards cards are modeled at 2.40% in both columns, with no improvement assumed. These are network interchange rates, not total merchant processing rates.
Clubhouse pricing is network cost plus 0.65% and $0.17 per transaction at the top pricing tier. Other tiers carry a markup of up to 0.80%, which would reduce each savings figure by approximately $150 per $100,000. The flat-rate benchmark is 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction.
Visa’s small merchant program applies to merchants with annual Visa volume of up to $750,000 effective October 24, 2026. Mastercard’s small business program applies to merchants with annual Mastercard credit-card volume below $175,000. Visa and Mastercard assess eligibility each year, based on the merchant’s total volume rather than revenue per bay, so do not multiply one bay’s result across a facility without checking merchant-wide volumes. Secured checkout rates require transactions to meet the relevant network program requirements. Confirm your status with your processor.
