30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, including change-of-mind returns.
How to start a return
Contact Murphy Golf Canada to request a Return Authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization may be refused. We will confirm the return address and, for oversized items, the correct freight arrangements.
Restocking fee
Approved returns of non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, testing, repackaging and returning the item to sellable condition.
The restocking fee is waived when:
- the item is defective, or was damaged in transit;
- we shipped the wrong item; or
- the item is returned unopened in its original, unmarked packaging.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Many of our products — simulator cabinets, enclosures, screens and projectors — travel as oversized freight, so please contact us before arranging any carrier. If the return is the result of our error, or the item is defective, we cover return freight.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned complete, with all original accessories, cables, mounts, manuals and packaging. Items returned incomplete, already installed, or damaged beyond normal inspection may be refused or subject to further deductions.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original outbound shipping charges, where they were paid, are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.
