Every room is different. These are the first questions we hear most often.
How much room do I need for a retractable golf simulator?
The correct footprint depends on player handedness, ceiling height, swing clearance, launch-monitor technology, screen size and projector geometry. Murphy Golf reviews the complete room before recommending a configuration.
Can I still use my garage or multi-purpose room?
That is the central reason to choose a retractable system. The simulator is planned so the room can return to its other use after play rather than becoming a permanently dedicated golf bay.
Can a Murphy retractable system be used commercially?
Yes. Retractable systems are especially useful where hotels, golf clubs, offices, condominiums and venues want to add golf without permanently surrendering a meeting, hospitality or event space.
Do I have to use GolfJoy?
No. GolfJoy is a featured Murphy Golf technology platform, but the system design can evaluate other supported launch monitors and compatible equipment depending on the room and project goals.
Can Murphy Golf supply the complete simulator?
Yes. A project can range from selected components to a complete turnkey environment including retractable enclosure, impact screen, projector, launch monitor, simulator PC, hitting surface, displays, controls and installation.
Can the cabinet and finish be customized?
Finish and integration requirements are considered during the design process so the system can complement the architecture and intended use of the room.
